A1: No. It is a backplane module dedicated to the S7-300 series, only compatible with S7-300 racks and ET200M remote IO stations. It cannot be installed on S7-1200 or S7-1500 devices.

A2: No. Only the bare module is delivered. The wiring plug (front connector) needs to be purchased separately.
