Electrical Performance Testing
This includes tests for winding resistance, inductance, insulation resistance, and dielectric strength (withstand voltage) to ensure the motor operates stably at rated voltage and current without issues such as overheating, short circuits, or insulation breakdown. Additionally, no-load current and efficiency are measured to verify that energy consumption and operating status meet design specifications.

Mechanical and Dynamic Performance Testing
Tests cover rotor dynamic balance, axial and radial runout, and bearing wear to ensure minimal vibration and noise during high-speed rotation. Load testing is also conducted to measure output torque, speed response, and start/stop characteristics, ensuring precise and smooth motion control under actual operating conditions.

Control Performance Testing
The servo motor's feedback system-utilizing an encoder or resolver-undergoes precision calibration and signal stability checks to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of closed-loop control. Furthermore, the motor is tested in a closed-loop configuration with its drive to evaluate response speed, control precision, and overload protection, ensuring long-term, stable operation within industrial automation systems.
